Andrew W. Stavros
Mr. Stavros is the founder of Stavros Law. He has practiced law since 1999 in Salt Lake City, Utah. His practice includes both litigation and counseling in the areas of employment law, business law, real estate law, commercial law and health care law. Mr. Stavros has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation and has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials. Mr. Stavros's accomplishments as a civil litigator are extensive, including numerous jury verdicts, judgments and successful appeals of complex issues. Mr. Stavros is a graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. While there, he was a Traynor Moot Court Champion, Region XI National Moot Court Champion and William H. Leary Scholar. Mr. Stavros has been recognized by Utah Business magazine as one of the top employment lawyers in Utah in its 2017-2023 Utah Legal Elite publications. Mr. Stavros was also selected in the 2018-2023 Editions of The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of employment law, and he was selected as Lawyer of the Year in Employment law in Salt Lake City in the 2019 edition of The Best Lawyers in America®. Austin B. Egan
Mr. Egan is a shareholder of Stavros Law. Mr. Egan's practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of business, commercial, real estate and employment litigation. Mr. Egan has represented individuals and businesses in federal and state court, in administrative proceedings and in alternative dispute settings. Mr. Egan frequently appears in courts inside and outside of Utah on a variety of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, employment and labor law, business law and related matters. After practicing law in Texas for two years, Mr. Egan returned to Utah to practice law. He joined Stavros Law in 2012 and has quickly developed a reputation with clients and adversaries as a tenacious and skilled litigator. During his time with Stavros Law, Mr. Egan has successfully resolved numerous employment and business claims, assisted in appeals to the Utah Supreme Court and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and obtained favorable rulings on various motions in ongoing litigation. He has also tried a number of jury and bench trials to verdict and judgment. Mr. Egan is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law.
Adam G. Clark
Prior to joining Stavros Law, Mr. Clark spent several years working with a health care consulting company where he assisted in the development of strategic alliances with health care providers and health plans. He also helped navigate the company through complex federal health care regulations, including the federal anti-kickback law and Stark law. He assisted in the development and implementation of unique and innovative practices that provided for a continuum of care, improved coordination among health care providers, lead initiatives to increase the quality of care, and significantly lowered the costs of health care delivery. Mr. Clark has significant experience advising businesses on a variety of transactional and litigation matters. Since joining Stavros Law, Mr. Clark has also worked on a variety of civil litigation matters, including trials and arbitrations. Mr. Clark is a dedicated and tireless advocate for his clients and has an uncanny ability to solve problems and effectuate win-win outcomes for his clients. Shakira J. Zavala
Ms. Zavala is an associate attorney with Stavros Law. Her practice focuses on employment law, labor law and civil litigation. Ms. Zavala is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law and completed her degree with a Certificate in Business Law. For her undergraduate studies, Ms. Zavala attended the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business, majoring in Finance. After graduating from law school, Ms. Zavala’s work has included a variety of areas in the law including wills & trusts, representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims, and transactional work for business entities. During law school, Ms. Zavala participated in the Immigration Policy Clinic, where she was involved in Board of Immigration Appeals cases and participated in a youth diversion program in partnership with the San Francisco District Attorney’s office. During her time with Stavros Law, Ms. Zavala has successfully resolved numerous employment and business claims, assisted with trial and pretrial activities, dispositive motions, and obtained favorable rulings on various motions in ongoing litigation. In her free time, Ms. Zavala enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, trying delicious new foods, and watching livestream trials.

Ms. Kralik joined Stavros Law in 2013. Her practice focuses on family law, business and estate planning matters. She has significant experience with all aspects of family law, including, divorce, separation, property division, support, custody, modifications and all other aspects of family law. She also provides support to other ongoing civil litigation matters of the firm. Ms. Kralik is a compassionate and keen advocate for her clients who has the unique ability to communicate with her clients and others and resolve family matters in the most efficient manner possible. Ms. Kralik graduated from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University in 1988 and has held her license to practice law in the State of Utah since that time.

Mr. Stavros has practiced law for more than 15 years in Salt Lake City, Utah. His practice includes both litigation and counseling in the areas of general civil litigation, business law, employment law, and health care law. Mr. Stavros has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation and has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts in Utah and outside of Utah, as well as before various federal and state agencies, panels and boards. He has also assisted hundreds of clients in hundreds of mediations, conciliations and arbitrations of legal disputes. His accomplishments as a civil litigator are extensive, including obtaining judgments of more than 5 million dollars against two individuals in a complex securities and real estate fraud case, obtaining approximately a half million dollars for his client, an internal auditor, in a whistleblower and retaliation claim, obtaining more than three hundred thousand dollars - before filing suit - for his client who was sexually assaulted at work, and obtaining a settlement on behalf of his client after more than four years of litigation that resulted in no monetary payment on a claim of misappropriating trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and violation of a non-compete agreement and non-solicitation agreement. Mr. Stavros is a graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. While there, he was a Traynor Moot Court Champion, Region XI National Moot Court Champion and Willaim H. Leary Scholar.
